Roof Cleaning - Method#1

We first start by removing all of the lose debris from the roof. Then we
apply our specially formulated biodegradable chemical to loosen and lift
the algae for the shingles. After the algae has been loosened and lifted, we
gently rinse the dirt off the shingles. Results are seen immediately.
This cleaning method usually cost between $.15-.20 cents per square foot.

Siding Cleaning

We will apply our specially formulated biodegradable chemical to loosen
and lift the algae and dirt from the house. After the dirt has been loosened
and lifted, we gently rinse it off. Siding cleaning usually cost $1.00-$2.00
per linear foot (single story home).

We begin by removing the loose debris form the roof; then we clean
out all of the solid deposits from inside the gutters. After the solid deposits
have been removed, the entire insides of the gutters are thoroughly
rinsed to remove any left over dirt. Finally, the down pouts are cleaned to
ensure that water can properly flow through them.
